Please allow us to provide you with a few reminders to ensure your Luna Experience connects with you for complete balance:

• Reservations are strongly urged and appreciated. If you require a cancellation, please provide 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. To guarantee and confirm your appointment we require a credit card authorization at time of booking. Please note that side by side services require a minimum of two weeks notice
  
  
• To enjoy our relaxation room in preparation of your treatment, please arrive 15 minutes in advance.
  
  
• Cellular phones, pagers and personal music systems must be turned off or left outside our spa.
  
  
• Please inform us at time of booking of any special treatments or conditions so we can best prepare for your health requirements. In some cases, clients may be asked to provide a doctor’s written permission.   Male or Female Therapists must be requested at time of booking.
  
  
• If you have any questions or preferences, please speak with your therapist to ensure you experience Luna to the fullest.

All funds will be in Canadian Funds

All sales are in Gift certificate form to be used at your discretion and will be mailed regular post to the address you provide.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards do NOT expire - If the service is no longer available - equal spa credit will be given.
